Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges are welcome 14 days following the sale.

Merchandise must be unopened/unused to be exchanged for other goods or shop credit. No refunds issued, and shop credit never expires. 

Final sale items are all sale goods/markdowns/discounts as well as consumables, books and plants.

*Please note that a restocking fee may apply to website returns if shipping was provided by our shop. Web returns are not eligible for free returns, only exchanges.
